Coachflow vs Kajabi: Kajabi sells the course. You still have a client to coach.
Kajabi is very good at selling knowledge: courses that drip, a CRM, email, funnels and a community. It isn't a training app. Coachflow does the coaching itself (programmes, food, check-ins, habits) and the course and community side too.

Kajabi's column is from their own website, checked 27 October 2026, with a link to the page for each row. Add-on means they charge extra for it. Not listed means their site doesn't mention it.

What Kajabi does well
Courses with drip schedules, quizzes and certificates, landing pages and funnels, email marketing, a contact CRM, a community with challenges and meetups, and Backstage for coaching sessions with chat and voice memos. For a course business, it's a serious tool.
A fitness coach still needs a training app
There's no programme builder, food logging or check-in forms on Kajabi's site, so a fitness coach on Kajabi pays for a second app to deliver the coaching, and their clients log in to two places.
The coaching and the course, one login
Client manager, check-ins, training programmes that progress themselves and a nutrition hub, plus modules and lessons that open on a date or as earlier ones are finished. The client who bought the course is one product away from 1:1, on the same login.
Completion is the whole game
Kajabi sells the course. Coachflow is built to get people through it: a leaderboard that rewards finishing lessons and modules, live calls surfaced so nobody misses them, and momentum scoring that flags a member going quiet weeks before they ask for a refund.
What it costs to start
Kajabi's own pricing page starts at $179 a month with no free plan. Coachflow is free for your first clients, and its paid plans are priced in pounds, for coaches.
Questions coaches ask.
Can Coachflow replace Kajabi for selling courses?
Yes, for coaching businesses. Build modules and lessons with video, release schedules and prerequisites, attach them to a programme tier, and sell that tier through Coachflow's checkout with order bumps, discount codes and abandoned-checkout recovery.
What does Coachflow do that Kajabi doesn't?
The coaching delivery itself: training programmes that progress from what a client lifts, a nutrition hub with macro targets and food logging, check-ins, and a client manager that flags who's at risk of dropping off.
Does Coachflow have a community like Kajabi Communities?
Yes, and points come from coaching actions rather than posting alone. On-time check-ins, tracked workouts, days with calories in range and completed modules all earn, because Coachflow holds that data already.
Can I sell both a course and 1:1 coaching?
Yes, and buyers of each get different onboarding automatically, because the product carries a programme tier and each tier can have its own journey. Moving a course buyer into coaching happens on the same login.
