The sale creates the client.
Payment goes into your own Stripe, the buyer signs your terms before they pay, their account is created, and their onboarding starts on the tier they bought. You find out because you got a notification, not because you had to go and set it all up.

Coachflow takes payments through Stripe Connect into your own Stripe account. You build products, share a link or put them on your storefront, and the checkout handles terms, signatures, discounts and onboarding. Money lands with you on your own payout schedule.
One builder, every shape of offer
One-off purchases and recurring subscriptions on weekly, monthly, quarterly, six-monthly or yearly billing. Add a pay-in-full option alongside a monthly one, badged as Best Value or Saves 20%, and Coachflow creates the second price in Stripe for you. Free trials. Order bumps, so a client checking out for coaching can tick a box and add your nutrition guide.
The product decides the onboarding
Attach a programme tier to a product and everyone who buys it starts that tier's onboarding journey. Your premium 1:1 buyer and your self-serve buyer get different welcome sequences off the same checkout, without you sorting them by hand.
Signed before the money moves
Your terms and conditions plus a key-terms acknowledgement and a drawn signature, all captured before payment goes through, and enforced on the server so nobody can skip it. When a client disputes a charge nine months later, you have a timestamped agreement with their signature on it. Coaches who've been through a chargeback understand what this is worth.
Public, or one client at a time
A permanent store link for a product you sell publicly, and single-use links that expire in seven days for when you've agreed a price with one person and don't want it circulating.
Percentage or fixed, capped and dated
Set max uses and an expiry, and Coachflow validates the code live on the checkout page with a tick. Codes only get created in Stripe the first time somebody uses one, so your Stripe account doesn't fill up with coupons from campaigns that went nowhere.
Recovered automatically
When somebody starts a checkout and doesn't finish, Coachflow emails them a recovery link from your brand and tells you it happened. That's revenue most coaches never learn they lost.
A sales page you can build yourself
Seventeen block types covering hero, trust strip, problem, transformation, process, product grids, tier comparison, testimonials, guarantee, gallery, video, FAQ, lead capture and a booking call-to-action. There's a recommended layout that assembles a full coaching sales page in one click. Lead capture blocks feed your CRM; booking blocks feed your calendar.
Questions coaches ask.
Does Coachflow take a cut of my payments?
Payments go through Stripe Connect into your own Stripe account on your own payout schedule. The platform applies a percentage fee per charge, recorded against every transaction so your gross, fee and net are visible on each one.
Can I sell subscriptions and one-off packages?
Both, from the same builder. Recurring billing runs weekly, monthly, quarterly, six-monthly or yearly, and you can offer a pay-in-full price alongside a monthly one with a savings badge. One-off products, free trials and order bumps are all supported.
Can clients sign my terms and conditions at checkout?
Yes, and they have to. Your terms, a key-terms acknowledgement and a drawn signature are captured before payment, enforced on the server, and timestamped against the transaction. It's the record you'll want if a payment is ever disputed.
What happens after a client pays?
Coachflow creates their account on the tier attached to the product they bought, sends them a receipt from your brand, notifies you, and starts them on that tier's onboarding journey. Their first week can be laid onto their calendar automatically along with an active training programme.
Can I send a payment link to one specific client?
Yes. Single-use links expire after seven days and can only be used once, so a price you agreed with one person doesn't end up being shared.
Do you recover abandoned checkouts?
Yes. An expired checkout triggers a recovery email under your branding with a link back to complete the purchase, and you get notified that it happened.
