Coachflow vs Everfit: Coach the clients you've got. Win the next ones in the same app.
Everfit covers training, food logging, forms, booking and a community forum well. What its site doesn't list is a lead CRM, and recipes, meal plans and payments are add-ons. Coachflow has all of them in every plan, plus a training engine that writes the block from week one.

What Everfit does well
A free plan for 5 clients, 1,000+ exercise videos, forms and PAR-Qs, booking with Google Calendar, food logging by photo and barcode, and wearables from Apple Health to WHOOP. Weights can be worked out from a client's 1RM and update as they set new bests.
Programming that keeps working after you close the laptop
Coachflow reads what each client lifted and moves the load: up when their first working set hits the top of the rep range at target effort, down when they can't reach the bottom of it. Reps fading on later sets never triggers a weight cut, because progression is judged on the top set the way a coach would judge it. Effort targets sweep across the block, and deloads get scheduled on cadence or called early when fatigue signals stack up.
Recipes and meal plans included, not an add-on
A food database built on UK and EU labels with barcode scanning, macro targets calculated from equations you can show a client, calorie cycling across the week, a recipe builder with automatic per-serving macros, and generated meal plans with shopping lists. On Everfit's pricing page, meal plans and recipe books are an add-on from $39 a month.
The half of the business a training app ignores
Coachflow ranks your leads daily and hands them to you one at a time with the angle to take, flags anything past its follow-up window, and brings every converted client back round at 30 and 90 days for a referral. Lead magnet pages, a storefront, checkout, booking and automated onboarding are all native. Everfit manages the clients you have; Coachflow also helps you win the next ones.
Knowing who's going before they go
Momentum scoring compares each client to their own four-week baseline rather than to a compliance target, so a client dropping from consistent to quiet gets flagged while a steady-but-modest client reads as fine. Every flag explains itself in plain English.
Who writes to your clients
Everfit's Smart Response drafts replies in your tone for you to edit and send. Coachflow's AI summarises the check-in and flags who needs you, and the reply is yours.
Questions coaches ask.
Can I migrate from Everfit to Coachflow?
Yes. Import your client list from a spreadsheet in a few clicks, and Founder coaches get hands-on help moving existing programmes across.
Does Coachflow progress programmes automatically?
Yes. You build the first week and the engine writes the rest, adjusting load from each client's logged sessions, sweeping reps-in-reserve across the block and scheduling deloads. Every change carries a plain-English reason and you can override any of it.
Does Coachflow have built-in nutrition?
Yes, in every plan. A UK-first food database with barcode scanning, calculated macro targets, calorie cycling, in-app client food logging, a recipe builder with automatic macros, and generated meal plans with shopping lists.
Does Everfit have a lead CRM?
Not one its website lists: there's a lead marketplace in beta. Coachflow includes a full lead pipeline with a ranked daily outreach list, lead magnet pages, source tracking, conversion numbers and automatic 30 and 90-day referral prompts.
Which is better for a coach who wants to grow rather than only deliver?
Coachflow, on the basis that it covers lead capture, ranked follow-up, checkout, onboarding, retention scoring and community alongside training and nutrition. A coach whose only need is programme delivery will find Everfit does the job.
Everfit is a trade mark of its owner, used here only to name their product. Coachflow isn't connected with them. We check this page against their own website and fix anything that changes: if something here is out of date, tell us at support@coachflow.io.
