Can anyone sign up?
Yes. Coachflow is open: start free today, or claim a Founder spot while they last for unlimited clients at a locked price.
How much does it cost?
There's a free Starter plan with no time limit, plus paid tiers that scale with your business. While Founder seats last, Founder gives you unlimited clients at one price, locked for as long as you stay subscribed.
Can I white-label the platform?
Your logo, name and colours on everything your clients and team see. It's coming soon as an add-on for any plan (£8.99 a month or £150 once), and it's included with Founder today.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It's yours. When your subscription ends, email support@coachflow.io within 30 days and we'll send you a copy within 14 days, as CSV or JSON: your account, and your clients' details, check-in answers, measurements and uploaded files such as progress photos. Programmes, templates and recipes aren't included. You can also download any client's check-in answers as a spreadsheet whenever you like.
Do you support UK-specific nutrition data?
Our food database is UK-first, with imperial and metric units, household measures, and brands you'll actually recognise.
Can I migrate from another platform?
Yes. Import your client list from a spreadsheet in a few clicks, and Founder coaches get hands-on help moving existing programmes across.
